Happy Jays, Inc wants to ensure you are happy with our products. Therefore, we offer an excellent return policy to satisfy our customers.

First, every product that we sell is new and completely covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty will replace or repair defective parts for a period of one year unless otherwise noted by the manufacturer.

Next, Happy Jays also offers a 45-day policy on all items, except for gift-certificates. The return must be received by us within 45 days of shipping the order or it may be refused.

If Happy Jays has shipped a defective unit or part to our customer, we will restock the part with no fee. Otherwise, there will be a 5% restocking fee. Items may be exchanged with like items of equal or lesser value with no extra fee.

Next, if a customer wishes to return an item which has not been opened and is not defective, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Finally, all items must be in the original condition. This includes all manuals, inserts, manuals, packing materials, and accessories. If the item has been installed or abused, the item will not be accepted. All items must be accompanied by the UPC code.

Happy Jays will not be accountable for any damages which occur to an item during shipment so please be sure to insure.
